Josh, Emma, PD and Jon - ordinary names for extraordinary coaches. With more than 50 years of combined experience, our coaching staff will help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

We’ve invested more than £1,000,000 into our new 10,000 square-foot facility. That’s a lot of zeros. You won’t find a bigger and better place to work out.
3. Our Classes
60 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. That's all you need to get in the best shape of your life … if you follow the 8020 method. We offer 38 classes each week, so there’s something for every schedule.
4. Our Members
Total beginners, elite athletes, and everyone in between train side-by-side. Every age, walk of life, and experience with fitness is welcome. That means there’s a space for you.
