I’ve now been in CrossFit 3 years and haven’t looked back. I have always been competitive growing up but my main sport was athletics where I sprinted for Ulster and Ireland. I also have a big interest in golf alongside CrossFit, and am a TPI certified strength and conditioning coach for it.
Being involved in competitive sport I experienced a good few injuries. This really taught me, what can we can rather than what we can’t do. So it helped me learn and develop much more as a coach.
I love coaching and helping people become the best versions of themselves. At 8020 we have an amazing community, so it makes everyone welcome from a beginner to an athlete. I also specialise in womens strength and conditioning, I’ll help you build confidence in the gym as well as achieve your goals.
