We understand how intimidating it can be to get started on a new fitness journey. Don't worry, our aim is to make your journey as simple as possible.


We don’t believe in quick fixes or gimmicks. We care about your long-term success above all else.

CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes consist of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Each class is led by an experienced and qualified CrossFit coach who is there to ensure safety, provide coaching, offer encouragement, and foster a supportive community.

Personal Training

One to one or small group personal training sessions are available with any of our coaches. Based on your goals and abilities our coaches offer PT sessions to help improve your confidence before entering classes, or alongside your class routine at 8020 CrossFit.

Hyrox

Our Hyrox classes focus on longer endurance workouts with lower skilled movements. Combining running, machine work and functional movements to improve aerobic capacity and cardio vascular endurance.

Nutrition Coaching

Our nutrition programme will educate you and guide you to creating good nutritional habits. Help varies from a nutrition plan for you to follow or assistance with creating new nutritional habits.
